Injection moulded for improved performance

Our injection moulded TeePee™ panels offer the highest drainage capacity of its kind.
Computer-controlled injection machines maintain optimum conditions throughout the
manufacturing process, resulting in consistent aperture sizing in a robust and hardy
polyurethane panel.

Ergonomically designed to master Australian dewatering applications

The durable peaked-pyramid design has been tried and tested in Australian mineral processing
applications. The results showed considerable deck loadings in dewatering applications in:

In addition to the increased surface area, the structurally designed raised ridges also promote effective
de-watering of entrained moisture.

TeePee™ panel apertures are embedded in the ridges of the panel screen. The ridges effectively ‘crack’ the
compacted bed with each stroke, while water liberated from the interstitial space is squeezed against the
screening surface – promoting more effective de-watering capabilities on each panel.
