Trommel Screen Panels

Our screen panels are rubber lined and are secured inside the trommel to ensure maximum separation efficiency as well as reduce costs by minimising the amount of panels needed with one complete solution.

Trommel screens can be supplied in the modular or heavy duty bolt-down form to suit any application from high impact to sliding abrasions.

Benefits of our trommel screens:

  • Accurate cut points

  • High volumetric throughputs

  • Cost-effective system

  • Custom designs

  • Large range of existing aperture sizes available

  • Bolt-on weir bar to direct pulp and reduce overflow

Our full range of trommel screens is available from 1 000 mm to 4 000 mm diameter and
from 3 000 mm to 15 000 mm, and are ideally suited for heavy minerals beneficiation
particularly in copper, gold and heavy minerals.

Use our leading trommel screens to achieve maximum throughput

Every trommel is unique and our skilled engineers are able to design trommel screens that will suit
your unique beneficiation process! From small light duty frames with two panel sections to over
Ø 3 000 mm x 5 000 mm long heavy duty frames with over 100 panels.

Our skilled engineers can design a trommel screen to suit the existing fixing methodology or provide
an alternate simple locking pin or fixing rail system to allow quick and easy change out of panels.

We are a specialist manufacturer of polyurethane trommel screen panels that are used within the
Australian mining industry.

Large trommel screens with cast polyurethane panels

On large trommel screens (above 2 500 mm in diameter) it is more cost-effective to install heavy duty cast
polyurethane panels that are either bolted or pinned into position

  • Superior abrasion resistance of cast polyurethane

  • Panels with small apertures can be repaired using Spaltoflex and Forsiplast inserts

  • Reduces the mass of the trommel frame

  • Bolt-on weir bars are used to control the retention time of the pulp through the trommel

Modular polyurethane panels with integral weir bar

  • Injection moulded or hand cast polyurethane depending on the application

  • High temperature resistance

  • Available in forward or reverse scroll executions

  • Lay-out of weir bar designed to minimise the number of different panels

  • Different pitches and a number of starts can be supplied to improve retention time

  • Varied heights are available to suit required pulp depth
