Every trommel is unique and our skilled engineers are able to design trommel screens that will suit
your unique beneficiation process! From small
light duty frames with two panel sections to over
Ø 3 000 mm x 5 000 mm long heavy duty frames with over 100 panels.
Our skilled engineers can design a trommel screen to suit the existing fixing methodology or provide
an alternate
simple locking pin or fixing rail system
to allow quick and easy change out of panels.

Large trommel screens with cast polyurethane panels
On large trommel screens (above 2 500 mm in diameter) it is more cost-effective to install heavy duty cast
polyurethane
panels that are either bolted or
pinned into position
