Vibroplast Screen Panels

Vibroplast Screen Panels are injection moulded to allow for easy fastening and use in any mineral beneficiation process. These panels are available in standard as well as soft polyurethane allowing for greater flexibility.

Research and development tests have shown less than 5% oversize over an extended period of time – ensuring optimum performance.

Multotec Australia’s unique patented design has engineered its Vibroplast screen panels to be non-pegging and non-blinding.

The screen panel is constructed with inter-connecting apertures and alternative solid damns of different
thicknesses. The upward and downward movement of the panels is caused by the thick and thin dams
moving relative to one another. Every second dam is thick, limiting deflecting, effectively supporting the
load and extending panel life.

Extremely accurate cut-points are achieved through this screening process because there is little to no
sideways deflection of the solid dams. The different refraction of thick and thin dams ensures that the top
surface of the panel is not level during operation. This reduces pegging and blinding.
